We have the colors you need!
We offer three types of professional food colorings:
Gel Paste – Food color gel is ideal for use in a wide variety of cream-based baked goods, cookie dough, cream cheese frostings, marzipan and whipped toppings. Gel food colorings can be used interchangeably with our liquid food colorings. Measure by the drop so repeating exact color is easy. Add Flo-Coat when coloring food products with oil content.
Powder - Our powdered food coloring is the ultimate in strength and versatility. Powdered food coloring is used in chocolates, dry mixes and many other applications where water is prohibited. Use sparingly as powdered food colors are extremely concentrated.
Liquid - While our LorAnn Liquid Colorings is more concentrated than typical brands, it does produces the softest level of color. Ideal for tinting hard candy and lollipops, frostings, cakes cookies, ice cream and Easter eggs (mix with water and vinegar for eggs).
Candy Oils- Perfect for adding color to white chocolate and confectionery melts, buttercream frosting and any food product with oil content.
