Purchased through this company as they offered 2 day shipping and I had a pressing need to replace this item for an upcoming event. Did not receive for a week, and customer service would not refund paying $12 for a $2 piping tip. Will not be returning for future purchases.
STS: We did ship promptly, the day after the order was placed in the evening, and shipped USPS Priority Mail as directed. We have seen abnormal issues with delays in the Southern California area.
