It worked great! December 10, 2017 Reviewer: Mrs Cabbage from San Diego, CA United States   We tried some cookies from the Swedish booth at December Nights in Balboa Park.  They were delicious.  The recipe called for ammonium carbonate to make the cookies light and crispy.  I made the cookies today and they are just like the ones we purchased from the Swedish booth.  The smell was not as horrendous as I had expected it to be.  I did open the windows before opening the container.  It does smell like ammonia.  Delivery was very prompt from the seller.
