I gave this a 3 because I ordered $100 worth of icing mix and 2 of them busted in the box. There were a couple of packages that were full of air and I am not sure why this it, but I am sure they popped during transport. It was a mess to clean up because it was all over all of the packages. I really love this product but not sure if I will order again from this company. They expected me to take a picture of the busted bags and that was not on my mind while cleaning up the mess. This was my 3rd large order and never had an issue before. Kind of a let down on their customer service. STS response: The reason for the picture is for insurance purposes. Though we were unable to file a claim, the product was still replaced free of charge at our expense. If that is considered bad customer service, then we are guilty!
