Love this product…however… Monday, May 26, 2025 Reviewer: Carolyn Lee from Scarborough, ON Canada   I absolutely love this product. However when ordering during the summer months or to warm climates, the cold packaging (25 pounds or less) is not sufficient in keeping this from melting. Either pay for faster delivery or wait until it cools down. Otherwise, the chocolate is perfect for baking and adds a richness to cookies, brownies, without adding bitterness.
