Beware when sending to a warm destination |

I recently ordered 12 pounds of chocolate to be delivered to Florida. When the chocolate arrived 3 days later, all the cold packs were completely melted. 2 larger 4 pound bags were completely melted on 1 side of the bags. About 40%. The smaller 2 pound bags were melted about 10-15%. The packaging was not sufficient in keeping the product cold enough for the journey.
