I am not a happy camper to find a short expiration date on this emulsion. I have only 5-6 months to use this? Really? I should think I would have a minimum a one-year expiration date if not two years! Very unethical business practice.
STS: Sorry for the disappointment however the customer was notified there is a one-year safe use period after the best buy date. The food products we purchase do not arrive from the manufacturer with a 2 year expiration date.
