I have been reluctant to try making fudge with coconut flavoring because they all taste fake. This emulsion was absolutely perfect. It's outstanding flavor combined with toasted coconut made my coconut chocolate fudge an instant favorite! I will be purchasing all my flavoring needs at Sweet Treat from here on out!
