Create cordial centers with our all-natural LorAnn Oils Invertase or Fermvertase. This product will change fondant from a solid to a cream by breaking down the sugar in your fillings so they’re smooth and delicious. It only takes 1 drop for every pound of fondant, so you probably won’t need to restock this product very often. Kosher Certified Invertase for candy making and sure to please, try out your own bottle today!
