Guittard White Vanilla Flavored A'peels Melts - 1 Pound

The A'peels line of melting discs are specially designed for use with our chocolate candy molds. A'peels melts are easy to use, just melt in microwave or double-boiler and pour into mold. Guittard gives assurance their cocoa beans are Certified non-GMO by Propagation. Guittard Chocolate Company is a gluten-free facility. To avoid melting during shipping, we recommend Cold Packs
Features
  • Great taste and easy to use with our molds.
  • Store at 60 - 70 degrees F in a dry area with less than 50% relative humidity.
  • Recommended shelf life 18 months.
  • Ingredients: Sugar, partially hydrogenated palm kernel oil, whey, nonfat milk, mono and diglyceride and soya lecithin emulsifiers, artifcial color (titanium dioxide), natural and artificial flavor.
