I had ordered a one-pound bag of these items in the past.  When I looked to order the item, it showed a one-pound option (with several available) and a five-point option.  I expected three one-pound bags to be delivered.  Instead, all three pounds were stuffed into one bag, which contributed to a melted mess due to the higher temperatures.  I know there would have been fewer big lumps of melted chocolate if they had been packaged as I expected. What if I was intending to gift a bag to someone.  Very disappointed in how they were packaged.

The day after I made my purchase, I advised Eric that my sister had already purchased the chocolate wafers and to please cancel the order.  It was shipped anyway and that email has never been acknowledged.   As a company you need to better manage your emails, not just shipping orders.
