No Artificial Colors or Flavors. No Hydrogenated Oils. A'peels melts are easy to use, just melt in microwave or double-boiler and pour into mold. Guittard gives assurance their cocoa beans are Certified non-GMO by Propagation. Guittard Chocolate Company is a gluten-free facility. To avoid melting during shipping, we recommend Cold Packs
