Guittard gives assurance their cocoa beans are Certified non-GMO and is a gluten-free, nut-free facility. To avoid melting during shipping, we recommend Cold Packs. Price includes free shipping.

Great taste and easy to use with our molds.
Store at 60 - 70 degrees F in a dry area with less than 50% relative humidity.
Recommended shelf life 18 months.
Ingredients: Sugar, palm kernel and palm oils, cocoa, nonfat milk, sunflower lecithin, vanilla.
