This shape is just perfect for wedding anniversaries.
For weddings you should cast the hot fondant into the mold and on the line of the bell add an icing line and on the ringer of the bell a small silver dragee adds the crowning touch.
Another idea wold be a tiny drop flower or bow near the top of the bow.
You could color the fondant in complimentary wedding colors such as peach, yellow or pink.
For Christmas you should make these bell mints in red or green fondant with a touch of bright green on the ringer.
Peppermint is always a popular flavor but for any occasion try party mints made from fondant with lemon or orange flavor - be sure to add citric acid to bring the flavor out.
Manufacturers Recommended Care of Flexible Molds
After use these molds should be washed in soap, rinsed well and laid flat to dry.
They can be washed in a dishwasher but they should be air dried.
Soap used in dishwasher will leave a residue that does not wash off.
Just wash in dishwasher without using soap and air dry.
CAUTION: Do not run through drying cycle.
For cleaning out any sugar based candies i.e. fondants, creams maple sugar, just soak in hot water and let air dry.
CAUTION: Any moisture left in the cavity will prevent new candies from setting up for easy removal.
For candies such as chocolate, chocolate coating, fudge, butter, cheese paste, soak in a solution of mild soap, rinse well and lay flat to air dry.
All flexible molds should be stored flat.
Safe to use with candy up to 250°F.
Mold is not microwave or oven safe.
