Chocolate wafers May 18, 2018 Reviewer: Jeanette Parks from Roopville, GA United States   I have been making candy for many years.  This chocolate has been a great disappointment.  I could not and would not give the end product to my friends and grandkids.  I will never buy this brand again.  It would not come out of the mold.  It was a great disappointment!! STS Response: The Guittard Prestige and Old Dutch chocolate wafers purchased are an extremely tasting high quality product that require tempering when heated. Delicious October 13, 2017 Reviewer: Melissa from Michigan   This chocolate is amazing.  It is creamy and delicious.  This is tempering chocolate so I see why the previous review was bad.  It sounds like they didn't know what they were buying, however I will agree as I have tried to use it in molds that it is too soft for molds and will not come out well so if you are wanting to use this chocolate in molds you will be disappointed. poor quality December 15, 2016 Reviewer: Beverley Thoin from Klamath River, CA United States   Good taste,  But I think it was old Chocolate because it did not come out nice and shinny when I dumped the chocolate.  I would not buy again unless I knew it was fresh and would come out nice.   The chocolate came out dull and has whiteness to the chocolate like it is old.
