AmeriColor Violet Soft Gel Paste Food Color

Water-based and should not be used in chocolate unless you use Americolor Flo-Coat. Violet gel paste food coloring can be used in fudge that is not chocolate. Manufacturer's statement: Every effort has been made to reproduce the gel food color shown, however, the color may vary due to reproduction limitations and your monitor's color settings.
