These 10 pound bars of real chocolate taste great. As this product contains cocoa butter, be sure to temper if heating them so that your chocolate is smooth, silky and glossy. The bar arrived on time.  However, the person packaging it for mailing did a very poor job.  The bar is broken and too late to replace as this was a Christmas gift.  That was disappointing.  Another bar purchased a week prior arrived in good condition and was properly prepared for mailing.
